01Who We Are

1UP Music is the full name of OUM (One Up Music); OUM Radio, 1UP Music and OUM are the same platform, operated by FizzNetwork, a UK-based independent developer platform. This policy applies equally to the 1UP Music app on the Solana dApp Store and to OUM Radio. The service is available at music.1upnetwork.xyz, oum.1upnetwork.xyz and oumradio.xyz, and via downloadable applications.

02What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Wallet address — when you connect a Solana wallet (e.g. Phantom) to access platform features. This is a public blockchain address.
• Upload metadata — track title, artist name, genre, and NFT parameters submitted by artists during upload.
• Audio files — tracks uploaded to the platform for streaming and minting.
• Donation data — if you make a card payment via Stripe, Stripe processes your payment details. We do not store card numbers.
• Basic usage data — anonymous session data used to keep the service stable (e.g. error logs). No personal identifiers are attached.

03What We Do Not Collect

• We do not track individual listeners or build listener profiles.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on listeners.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or location unless you voluntarily provide them.
• We do not sell any data to third parties.

04How We Use Your Data

Any data collected is used solely to:

• Operate and maintain the OUM Radio platform and applications.
• Enable wallet-based features including XP tracking, token claims, and NFT minting.
• Process artist uploads and make them available for streaming.
• Process voluntary donations via Stripe.
• Identify and fix technical issues with the service.

05Solana Wallet & Blockchain Data

When you connect your Solana wallet, your public wallet address is used to identify your session and associate on-chain activity (XP, tokens, NFT ownership) with your account.

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. OUM Radio does not control data recorded on the Solana blockchain. Any on-chain activity — mints, transfers, burns — is publicly visible on the Solana network.

06Third-Party Services

OUM Radio uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing for donations. stripe.com/privacy
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Solana Network — public blockchain for NFT and token transactions.

07Data Retention

We retain uploaded audio and artist metadata for as long as the content is active on the platform. Artists may request removal of their content at any time by contacting us.

Blockchain data (wallet addresses, transaction records) cannot be deleted from the Solana network.

08Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

As OUM Radio does not collect personal identifiers from listeners by default, most users have no personal data on file.

09Children

OUM Radio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will remove it.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of OUM Radio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
